Do Something — Day 2

This morning the group was awakened to the song “Reveille.”  They then ventured outside to the obstacle course.  After the three teams engaged in friendly competition they headed indoors for a delicious and nutritious breakfast, served by Terri Baas and Heather Kittok.  The next part of the morning was spent in devotions before heading off to job sites.

The work sites including landscaping and building a fence for a family with small children. Another work site was staining a deck, painting, insulating and covering a crawl space and hauling dirt to protect water from getting into the house.  The final site was painting for the city of Milaca.

The work day was very productive and which we enjoyed refreshing showers and headed back to church.   After another wonderful meal we practiced 5 minute conversations and sharing the gospel.  The evening concluded with a campfire message led by Rachel Ruis.  The theme of Rachel’s message was why I follow Christ.  Another awesome day!!!!
